Learn To Row -Session One Andy. Nice level hands and good form (for an engineer)

These are rowers from the first Learn to Row of 2009. The Newbie Class was:

The rookie class made huge strides. I'd like to think it was good coaching, but I am sure it was about athletic and engaged rowers. Well done! Thank you for coming out. We hope to see you out at the lake and taking it to the next level. Thanks to Shirley and all of the volunteers who held a steady boat and drove the launch. Carol did a very nice job on the video and photo-doc and the video is available if anyone wants to watch some rowing. Call or email Rudy to schedule.
